I was away on a trip a few months ago and got a lot of nice video of dolphins that my 2 boys really enjoyed watching! They asked me to make them something dolphin related so I decided to make some simple jigsaws.
My oldest son wanted a realistic looking design and my younger son wanted something colorful. I made them with scrap plywood I had in my shop and used a scroll saw to cut the puzzle pieces. I finished them with acrylic paint and clear lacquer. I am no artist, but I think I did ok painting the realistic dolphin and my partner did a good job painting the multi color version!

I made a video for YouTube channel, please check it out and if you like it subscribe and share Thanks!

Cool. I like them both. Educating and having fun at the same time.

Realy awesome project and you painted it very well. We are all little affraid of painting projects – but there is no reason for that. As Steve Ramsey from Mere Mortals does – make it pink even, why not!
