my version of Michael Pekovich’s design from fine woodworking.

i added a couple features i thought could be useful to someone
1. pullout chisel drawer which hides behind the plane till
2. little pull out tabs on the saw holders to keep the saws in place

i still have plenty of tools to get in there, but i think you get the picture.

case is cherry
door panels are hickory with bark inclusions
till is birch pwood

thanks for checking it out.

I just bought the plans for this cabinet. I really like the saw till you added. I was thinking of making the plane till flit up or something so that space could be used but your chisel storage is ingenious. I’m going to try and figure that out and do something like it.

Very impressive, but way too organised for me. LOL.
Great job.

My cabinet is got to be going on 10 years old and it’s still one of the best shop improvement project to date hands down. Your really going to enjoy having in your shop.

Great job. I like the saw till. The chisel drawer fantastic. I thought about that wasted space behind the plane till but didn’t come up with anything. You really knocked this one out of the park.
