Walnut and red oak cremation urn. It’s relatively easy to turn a jewelry box plan into a cremation urn. Attach the top instead of installing hinges. I opted for pocket hole screws. Make the bottom removable. Inside dimensions were determined by the customer…... 7” X 8” X 10” made this a large urn. No complex joinery in this one other than splined miters on the box.
