First attempt at a round tabletop & pedestal base. Glued and screwed the top with pocket holes. Cut out with a router attached to a circle cutting jig. I’d really like to try a round column for the pedestal once I get a lathe. This all built with pine from Home Depot.

Tools used. Circular saw, electric handheld plane to joint edges, pocket hole jig, router, pipe clamps, drill press (cutting plugs), drill, belt sander (forever) random orbit sander.

Finish.. white paint, wipe on-wipe off.. then polyurethane to seal.
