Two tray bird feeder.

My grandson and I are making another bird feeder, this time it looks more like a log cabin and they can feed from both sides. The first picture is complete, second (obviously) is the bottom section. The third shows how I connected the two. We cut the boards to fit within the walls and attached it to the roof. Now the roof section slides into the wall, eliminating any need for hardware to get in to refill. The last picture is to disperse the seeds. Just two pieces of plastic, cut to fit and good old duct tape.

Tomorrow, we will paint and poly the feeder.

Painted and poly’d, added last two pictures.

Neatly designed and well built!

But you do need to sharpen the saw blade or replace it.

I on the other hand love the burn marks on the roof …....... gives it some character …........ GREAT JOB
