This project, which requires only few scraps, will be quite handy, mainly when I work outdoors because I have the bad habit of dropping everything everywhere (think also searching everything, everywhere). As you will notice, I’ve been inspired by the shape of a sawhorse.

Made out of 1/2” plywood and 1/4” OSB, it is light enough so I can store it full in the shed for the night so everything is ready next morning to keep working. I lined the bottoms with rubber pads.

For more photos and detailed construction, watch this page of my blog.

Thanks for looking and or commenting.

Pretty nifty. I can totally relate to putting something down and then looking for it five minutes later going “where did I put that down?” :) Thanks for sharing!

Good to have … I remember spending two days looking for a marking knife that was only 12” away from where it was supposed to be. Now, ALL you have to is remember to put things in there!!

Nice work. At first I thought it’s planter stand. I also have bad habit to drop tools – very useful box.
