My wife finally has her nightstand. She wanted a certain design that needed to be modified to fit our space so everything was built from 1 reference picture.
It is poplar that she then painted with a few light coats to see some of the wood come through. Mortise and tenon base and sides with birch ply in grooves for the panels. I used a scratch stock to add the details on the edges and a router to edge the top, middle, and bottom.
Thanks for looking!

Good looking night stand.
