A pair of high and narrow closet doors made of ash.

The basic idea of this design came from Boris Beaulant's project: Modern Oak Kitchen .
I simply extended the height and divided the door into 5/6 pieces.

Connection between rails and stiles are made with dominoes. Only the bottom part of each “rail block” is fully glued, let’s say the first 3-4 inches, the rest of the block sits loosely in elongated domino mortises. Boris Beaulant has described it perfectly in his page.

The grain may look a bit too intense. Probably it would be better if stiles were made out of straight and quartersawn stock instead of flatsawn, to get straight vertical grain, but I’m still learning and training myself in this area :)
