Now that’s a KNOYF!
I’ve made several knifes for boards but they were smaller (I guess about 1/3rd yours). Be interested if this size is popular.

I’ve made some smaller “butter spreaders” but nothing this big. Very Nice!!

That will not be effective for cheese. Could call it a mashed potato knife or something.

Sorry, I may have given it the wrong label. Maybe call it just a kitchen knife…Yes, it is a pretty large knife, but it actually cuts well. I was surprised on how good of an edge you can hone on a piece of wood.

Yeah its nice. Shape for cheese needs straight edge, thin blade, and short blade (little depth from cutting edge to trailing edge). All about reducing friction with the cheez.
