These are some of the first cabinets I’ve ever made. There are imperfections but I learned a lot. Mom came up with the dimensions to fit certain types of thread, She has a sewing room that would make any wood worker green with envy whether you knew anything about sewing, quilting or not. She loves them and I don’t think their to bad would welcome any comment’s criticism is ok.

Showed this to my wife. Told her she could look but don’t get her hopes up. I get my woodworking bench first.

LOL, started not to post them I sell them to make a little money to support my wood habit, You can make a set in a day no problem, depending on what type of quilting or sewing your wife does she will give you the exact dimensions. The first one I used box joints but she wanted every thing white so now I just use a rabbit joint and a couple screws. Tell you’re wife you have to have the work bench first in order to build them.

The cabinets work as planned, Mom is happy and you learned – so the project was a success in my book.

You know JW that’s not a bad idea. I do like your project. The stencils really add the right touch.
