Howdy folks! This is my first posting here on Lumberjocks and thought I’d share a few pics. It’s a saddle rack I built for my buddy’s girlfriend. After looking at numerous pics online, this is what I came up with. It was a pretty simple build using mostly dimensional lumber yet functional and fun to put together. It stands 36” tall, is 32” long, and 18” wide and is finished with Olympic stain and sealant.

Comments and critiques of any nature are welcomed. Happy Fourth of July and thanks for looking!

Lou, very nice looking saddle rack! Looks like it is well made and should be well received by its recipient. I had a co-worker ask if I could build something similar for him to store a prize saddle he had won. It turned out much like yours and he was happy with the end results. Congrats on your first project post, once again nice work!
