This is a little stool I built for my nephew on 6/27/2016. The stool was built in a few hrs over the course of 3 days. The overall dimensions are 12” deep x 18” long x 12” tall and made entirely out of poplar. The top is 2” thick and the legs are 2” square. The aprons are attached to the legs using pocket hole joinery. All the lumber came from my scrap bin. I painted it with black milk paint (my finish of choice for poplar), added one coat of wiping varnish and a wax top coat.
