I made this votive candle holder out of Walnut and pallet wood (the center light wood). I don’t think the pallet wood is pine cause it is heavier and dancer than pine. All the wood was free. I think free wood makes some of the nicest projects! It’s about 3 3/4” wide, 5” tall and 9” long. I used wipe on poly for the finish. I have enough of this free wood to make 3 more the same dimensions, but I’ll probably do slightly different designs. Actually, I’ve already turned one into a band saw box (my first) which is not finished yet.
