My latest finished turning. This one is my first time with this style and there was a few things to learn and it was real fun. Base wood is cherry with the lighter wood is maple and the dark strips is walnut. Looking down in the top you can barely see the maple ring in the bottom. It is about 10” wide and 6 1/2” tall. Really came out well and I like the profile. Thanks for looking. All comments welcome.

Nice work. Looks like you got the lines on the cherry to line up good. A little bit taller and maybe we could get a Genie out of it.

Very nice. Good shape. My only comment; thin walnut rings near the top and bottom would stand out better than the maple.
