When we decided we didn’t want to drill into our fireplace mantel to hang Christmas stockings, we made use of a project I just finished. The Christmas Stocking Tree is made from Rocky Mountain Red Juniper (the tree) and Douglas Fir (the base). When not in use as a Christmas Stocking Tree, it’ll serve a dual use as a coat tree.
