This little vessel is for toothpicks on the go. Its made from a black and white ebony pen blank. These are pretty quick and fun to make, this one took me 1 hour to complete. The finish is danish oil on the outside surface only. I left the inside unfinished so it is safe to come in contact with toothpicks. A little finish did bleed down in there but I think that will be ok. Its 4” tall with the lid on, the ouside diameter is 5/8” and the inside bore is 3/8”. Thanks for viewing, Andy.

Now I know what to make with all those scrap pen blanks: toothpick holders! Very nice.

Have your say...
