Ok, so it is made of wood and it’s as finished as it is likely to get. Texture and Paint over the sheetrock is overkill for the shop. It also is directly related to my Workshop as it enables me to roll my larger tools (band saw, table saw, jointer etc). into the “efficiency apartment” turned office / cleanroom work space adjacent to my double garage sized workshop which is across the driveway from our “new to us” home we purchased as a foreclosed on badly beat up property. During the refurb on the home I installed nearly a dozen pre-hung doors, a first for me so I thought the double door shouldn’t be too hard to do. it wasn’t. Building and installing the double wide header in the load bearing wall was a cinch with a floorjack and some appropriate bracing. Sorry, didn’t have room for all the pics here.
Getting the shop together has taken on some momentum finally since I retired in November of 2015. I have a couple of other completed projects I hope to post soon.

Nice transformation.
Well done.
