I’ve made maybe 8-10 wands for my son and daughter and some of their friends. Until now they were all one piece. Recently the LJ Screwdriver swap has been a nice skill builder and when my daughter had a birthday party to go to, she asked for one to give. This one is a walnut handle with a maple blade. The two pieces were epoxied together. I think I made the joining hole to small so I wanted a more secure joint. Sanded to 600 grit, finish with Orange Oil and Beeswax. It was evidently a hit for the recipient and her parents. The lines are burned in.
