Since, I’m a “new bee” tell me if I’m posting this in the wrong place. My first attempt at this post went to myself.

I stumbled across LumberJocks on Pinterest. This community seems to be my kind of people. I’m amazed at the skill level of most of the contributors and hope to learn from them. As an introduction, I’ve included some photos of my projects over the last couple of years.

The chess board was a Christmas present for my grandsons. The podium I built for my daughter for her classroom. The trebuchet and table were presents to my daughter.

Clocks for Christmas presents

Small items around our house. My wife quilts and wanted to display a few of her quilts, both she and I golf and we need additional storage for our logo balls. All of our friends love wine: I had them save the corks and made trivets for eight couples. Shelves, boxes and wood art cover our walls. Some of the wall hangings have small quilt block designs made from wood. Finally, I’m a sucker for the old post office box doors; all of my children and grandchildren have banks made with the old doors from the post office.

I couldn’t find a stable miter saw stand so I made the cabinets for the shop. The golf course needed a place to hold a water cooler and a box to hold extra cards and pencils for the starter.

Wow, these are a beautiful collection of projects! I really like the old post office door bank made like a truck. I’m sure anyone who looks will find something they like. Keep posting and welcome to lumberjocks!

Very nice stuff you made, especialy those clocks. It would be better if you post each project separetly with it’s own text and photos. It would be easier to follow them, also to coment.

I like the fact that you do a wide range of very nicely made projects.
