Can i call this a “saw stop”?

My next project is the table saw dove tail jig from Rocket. For this jig I need 2 stops in the 3/4 grooves, or T-tracks in the table saw to stop the jig in time, so I will not cut through the 2×4 blocks.

I used some Baltic birch, and some nuts and bolts from LOWES.

1. Saw stops, side view
2. Saw stops, straight view
3. Hardware used, from LOWES.
4. Knows made on drill press
5. Hardware into knobs
6. How the stop sits in the saw groove

Thanks for checking in.

Here is what I made for my sled runners to stop against and a pair of these may work for you and you can have them permanently attached to the saw and then just cut a couple of strips to fit to get the jig to stop at the right place .

Less is more!
Super cool idea and well made.
If I one day get a ‘real’ table saw (space for one), then I will have to make some of these.
Best thoughts,
