It doesn’t matter what I call these. Everyone that walks into my booth sees these pieces and exclaims, “Surfboards!” So, these are surfboards.

These elegant cheese & cracker servers have sweeping cove cuts under each edge, making for a unique piece that sits very lightly on your table.

photo # 1 = Yellowheart, Canarywood, Cherry, Black Walnut & Hard Maple
photo # 2 = Black Walnut, Purpleheart & Cherry (with sapwood prominently featured!)
photo # 3 = Hard Maple, Padauk & Black Walnut
photo # 4 = Bloodwood
photo # 5 = Cherry, Hard Maple & Purpleheart
photo # 6 = Black Walnut & Yellowheart

All are finished with mineral oil & a topcoat of board butter, which is mineral oil mixed with locally-harvested beeswax, 2/3 – 1/3 by weight. All pieces get non-skid rubber feet held on with stainless steel screws for long life.
