I wanted a box joint jig to fit my Bench Dog Router table.
Liked the one I saw at Rockler.
It would not fit?..... they own Bench Dog?
Anyway I saw several on the net and decided to make one from Steve M.
Aluminium rail rides in my rail slot on the table, made square to the table.
Key slit and key are on adjustable arm which can be micro adjusted
made several to fit several size blades.
Exhaust hole fits for dust removal and also protects fingers from getting too close to the blade
check out his (Steve) site for more instructions.
the sled is quite stable and Could be used for other projects.
