Serving tray made from walnut.

The outside is 14” in diameter, and the inner ring is 11.5” in diameter, and 0.3” deep. The handles are some black with copper highlight drawer pulls from the big box store.

The finish is Sherwin Williams CAB acrylic lacquer, 3 coats sprayed on. Bright rubbed effect, was a bit glossier than I thought it would be.

I posted a tray just like this a month or two ago, with Arm-r-seal as the finish. I much prefer the CAB acrylic lacquer. I can make one of these start to finish in a day with the lacquer.

Thanks for looking. Comments / criticism always welcome.

That is very nice. Are there 2 separate pieces or did you route the center?

It is one solid piece, routed out the middle

It is surprising how something so simple can be so beautiful. The handles really complement the walnut.

One of the most beautiful trays here, although is made of one piece. Hardware is real match.
