Greene and Greene Coffee Table

This is my attempt at William Ng’s Greene and Greene inspired coffee table design. The table is made from African Mahogany with ebony splines/plugs. I did not do the ebony splines along the end of the breadboards into the table top (regrettably) as in the original design. Also, I chose to go with the waterfall leg design and a different drawer pull that I cut from a piece of ebony as well. The pictures aren’t the greatest, and forgive the floral carpet in the one picture. I was applying the finish at my wife’s photography studio in a back room and it just happens to have that great carpet.

Very nice.

Do you have a close up of the “waterfall” legs. I’m thinking of using that design element on a future project?

Thanks for sharing

I’m not a fan of Greene and Greene but you did a beautiful job on that table.

Great looking G&G coffee table! You made it your own by using the details you like, and it’s a unique piece you should be proud of!

Really nice table! And it looks like you did an excellent job on the finish.
