I was tossing some of the scraps from the reception center build when one of the workers at the Ministry asked if I might be able to assist the Chai Lady (the lady who serves tea). She didn’t have any where to store the tea cups and dishes in her closet, so I took back some of the pieces to the base and built this shelf. It was all left over pieces from the reception desks, but it turned out pretty well. I hung it on a wall in the closet over in the office building next to the reception center. The gap in the middle holds the big tea pot while the small shelves on the sides hold the plates and cups. I attached it to the wall using a cleat hidden in the back of the shelf.

I can imagine the Chai Lady really appreciates. Simple use of recyle but nice looking and very functional.
