I was asked if I would make something for a charity auction a local school was having. When I looked up the school, I saw that their mascot was a seahorse,,,, so why not make one. The overall dimensions of the project are 10” x 20”. The seahorse itself is carved from sapele and mounted on maple. The coral was carved out and painted in to try and give it a little more depth. I was told it brought a very nice amount in.
