I worked on this project for a week and I really enjoyed every minute. It’s made of Southern Yellow Pine. My daughter’s Hungarian name is Katica which means ladybug in English. That gave me the idea to insert a hand painted glass, ordered from Boscov’s, into the headboard. The glass is proceted from both sides by unbreakable pieces of plastic. The height of the mattress is adjustable and everything complies with the codes. The crib is convertible to a toddler bed or daybed. I am making a dresser too and another piece that will serve as a changing table. I hope she’s going to enjoy it.

Beautiful, loved your last piece also but I still think you should be sleeping inside. ;-)
