Hi folks,

It’s been another long spell without projects to post as I’ve been busy with…other projects, including welding (steel+wood furniture), and car restoration.

Here are some wooden combs, severely inspired by those made by B. Timmons. First time I make them, and all my respect goes to someone who can turn a decent profit making these. Very fiddly.

In any case, i’m happy with how these turned out.

The wood used for the teeth is, I believe, some sort of multi-colored Cocobolo. And Zebrawood was used for the splines.

Very nice. I have one of Brians combs, and it’s awesome.

Glad I could provide inspiration, I’d say you got pretty darn close to it! Nice work.
