So after the modest success of the Morris chairs i decided I needed a TV cabinet. What I usually do for a design is go online and steal someone elses ideas. Or several items and take elements from each that like. This Tv cabinet is made of skid lumber and oak veneer plywood. The front boards are beautiful QSWO that came from a skid. It was laying in the parking lot at work one morning from an overnight delivery. The rising sun lit up the rays in the wood. I ran across the parking lot yelling “dont touch that skid!”. They all know Im nuts so that wasnt any big shock to anyone.

Nice cabinet…
Not sure about terminology though. What is a skid?

Did you use pegboard for the back? That’s a great idea since it will allow the TV to get air .

With all that Morris stuff, you’ll have to do some dancing. Sounds like no one would be surprised at that :)
