Wall Hanging Award Shelf

My son has been accumulating awards from academic and sports activities and needed a place to display them. I built a wall hanging award shelf from a red oak board which I bought at the home center. I turned 22 pegs for holding ribbons and placed a shelf on top for holding trophies.

Nice job on the shelf. I love it. But, he may need a matching one the way he is racking up awards…........or maybe a whole cabinet!!

I really liked your video. I never use a spindle gouge but after seeing how you handled it so keenly, I’m going to get familiar with them,!!
