Made from oak cribbing 4”x4” 4’ long found by railroad. Box joints, dowels, glue only except hardware. Posted before but was a gift and my niece took much better pics than I did. First box ever.

Nothing looks better than old reused wood. I like your joints, I used the same technik on my oak cabinet. You realy can’t brake it ever, it’s so sturdy joint.

This really turned out nice. I’m sure that it was a satisfying experience using that wood on the project.

Snowman, good basic techniques. I like the look and the hinge choice. Looks like you had fun with this. You are right; your niece has great photographic skills. Keep boxing and keep posting.
