Selecting the color and grade to match the live edge front from a stack of Oak was challenging, not to mention the glue up to protect the live edge… Deadline 3/18. All panels complete. More to come!

I take it these are the sides? Those live edges will be a very nice touch

I love live edge and this looks like it has great promise. Having built a number of wine racks, may I suggest that if this is a commissioned piece that you make sure that it is able to accommodate bottles up to 4” in diameter. Both Magnums (1.5 l) and many Pinots clock in @ just under 4”. I only say this as many non wine drinkers measure a bottle or two and start cutting wood.

Great work, but this post doesn’t belong here according to site policy.

I quote, “Yes, I want to post my finished project that is made of wood
If it doesn’t fit the above description (like tool gloats & upgrades, wood gloats, projects in progress etc.),
either blog it or post it in an appropriate forum. Otherwise it will be removed.

Sorry Heisinberg, didn’t know I was breaking a rule. Won’t happen again.
