Images of a recently commissioned Memory Box by parents for their Ballerina daughter to store her memories in.

Ballet shoes and tapes have been inlaid around the lock, and a rose, her favourite flower, has been inlaid on the top of the box.

The Cabinet Makers did a beautiful job here of the intricate detail incorporated into the rose petals and stem.

The box is made from Walnut , the lid from Burr Oak and the inlay detail and marquetry in dyed Lime, Sycamore and Maple using the burnt sand technique.
