I was commissioned to build this shadowbox for a retiring Master Chief Petty Officer. He wanted something different and something that displayed the rank he had earned with pride. My wife and I met with him and his wife and we came up with the design you see in the pictures. One of the really fun things in building these projects is the people we get to meet. These were great folks and easy to work with. I have built many shadowboxes over the last 20 years but I have to say this is one of my favorites. Between the design, the layout, the wood grain and the color it just seemed to all come together.

Very nicely done. Blows my shadow box away. Now I am wanting a wooden CPO logo for my current shadow box. LOL.
