Please check out the video here

I ripped my 18 mm thick plywood down to 100 mm wide then set up a stop and set my fence to cut 12.5 mm strips referencing off of the stop. I then spread glue on the pieces and glue them together with the ply laminations facing outwards. I then proceeded to do a lot of sanding to get them flat, I previously tried some varnish I had but it looked terrible so I used some boiled linseed oil, it works fine although at some point i want to invest in some tung oil. I might cover another technique of making these in a future video.

I would highly recommend you use the highest quality you can get as it will make your life easier as it will have no voids, I used a scrap
piece I had.

After sanding the final measurements are 10×90 x 100 mm
