MORTICE MACHINE JIG No picture No picture No picture No picture No picture

Just refinished my POWERMATIC model 10 Mortice machine drilling jig. Been using this for thirty years
And decided to refinish it . One of my jigs that make me stand back and say , yep, that sure did work out nicely . I drill both of my 1”holes in the barstool legs with a offset block to pair up the holes . I did make another vac box for it . I would like to know if anyone with a POWERMATIC model 10 , has a wheel setup for it. My other Mortice , THE UNION , by Gallmeyer and Livingston , has a nice set up with fold down handle ( Which drops wheel and lifts machine , easy pull)
I like to roll my machines outside and not have to use vac system. This ( THE UNION , machine) was definitely my go to machine. Built in the thirtys and is my smoothest finest machine . Having to downsize my shop and having to part with this is not easy. Have to keep the powermatic because I only
Own 51%, of it . If I can figure a good wheel system for it , I would enjoy it much more . It is so nice , wheeling a machine out under cover and be away from the vac system noise , better light , birds singing , and doing a couple hours of making parts
For a barstool order.

That is a heavy machine, so the base roll around base needs to be twice as big as the base. You can use locking swivel casters and two by wood for base. Good luck. Krafter
