Hello everyone…Thanks for the most generous comments.
It is called Chicken & Andouillle gumbo cause that was what I was thinking about making while taking the photos. My wife said we were gettin low on the gumbo in the freezer. I usually make about 3 or 4 gallons at a time since it gets chewed up fast.
