Hello, built this mobile unit from Wood magazine plans, for the garage. needed a moving shelf to move away from wall, as there is wall storage on wall, and also, my garage is 7’ 9” tall, with joists 4’ apart, and really can’t stand 8 ft long sheet goods against wall, so i made storage behind the mobile shelf unit, with 2×4’s (3) along bottom, sticking out about a foot, to sit 4×8 sheets that are waiting to be used, with a bungee cord holding them against shelf. Now i can lay my 4×8 sheets down, and have them mobile and not use any wall space also. The plan called for pegboard sides for more storage of hanging tools and equipment. 8 feet long, 6 feet high.

I made one similar to this and it was so useful I made another. I didn’t make the plywood storage though. I always heard great minds think alike. <lol> I am sure you will enjoy it.
