I found an interesting plan for a downdraft table made by Brad at Fisthisbuildthat ( ). The plan on this site is well-written and photographed. The table inserts are from Rockler and very well made. I decided to mount my table on legs with casters. So, I increased the width of the box to provide an attachement point for the legs. I also added a hook for storage of the DCS hose. The material I choose was select pine, and the stretchers were constructed with mortises and tenons.

Thanks for looking!

I’d be proud of that sanding table right there. Safer working environment and it looks like it was fun to make.
