This pedestal is very handy since it has a door with 3 shelves behind it. It is made of RedOak with a Poly finish.

I made several of them. 2 of them with my Automatic Flute Spacing Jig and one with dado blade on table saw. I am satisfied with both ways. I must confess that the dado blade was easier than the router table because of the 3/4 inch flutes. I will post the shorter one later.

Hi Dan,
The Fredrick Remmington sculpture looks great on that pedistal table. When I window shop here at LJ, I’m always amazed at the talents and creativeness of our fellow woodworkers.
