This is a new murphy bed line that I started building. It is my Studio Line. The studio line is the spring lift system compared to my normal piston lift. It also has a metal frame to support the mattress.

Stay Level Desk
I added the Studio Desk to this one. What is great about this is the desk stays level and there is no need to clear off the desk, when you need to use the bed. Anything under 8 1/2” high can stay on the desk.

Thinking of building a tiny home on wheels. Have thought of these as a space saver. How convenient are they? Does the bedding stay in place when closed up?
Nice work

Ed, yes I leave the bedding in place. If I let the confortor overhang. I’ll usually tuck it in at the foot an just fold over the sides when closed. That is what I did on mine that I had in my kids room. On display I usually tuck it in all the way around.
