reclaimed industrial headboard

I used reclaimed pine (not sure what kind. Not from around here.)from a local shipping company that ships over seas. They are 3.75” x 3” x 8’ post used for shipping various cargo. Each one already had 2 holes drilled approximately a foot or so on either side so I had to get creative and use that to my advantage somehow in order to use them for this headboard. I wired the lights through black iron pipe fittings and used a toggle switch for the industrial look along with some edison bulbs.

Thankyou for the kind compliments. It was a fun project. I’ve never done any lighting on a project before so that was fun too.
