That is way too cool! I bought a wooden jointer at a garage sale once. It had working infeed and outfeed ways and everything…wonder where I put that…

Add a light dimmer switch and you have a variable speed lathe :)

Put a sanding disk on the other motor and you could make a sharpening system. It should work well for chisels and plane blades.
