I built a Maloof rocker for my wife who is expecting our first child in December. Started it back in June, made from cherry with tiger cherry for the headrest and arms, ebony plugs and walnut accent in the rockers. This is the first chair that I have ever built and I used plans from Scott Morrison www.finewoodworker.com, which were well laid out and easy to follow, highly recommend then to anyone looking to complete one of these. Thanks for looking.

Looks very inviting to sit in and touch. Signs of a quality built, attractive chair.
Very well done.
