Shoulder Plane

Hi all,

I tried my hand at a shoulder plane and this is what I came up with. It is from Jarrah and Huon Pine with the wedge from Gidgee.

The blade is a Gordon.

The body is glued and pinned with brass rod. It is finished with burnishing oil.

Looks awesome, I have often thought about making some, but already have quite a few old metal planes. Maybe one day
