This cabinet was ordered by “She Who Must Be Obeyed” a long time ago. I am lucky that she did not break any of the antique Japanese tea and coffee settings that are going in this cabinet.

It is made from Yellow and Red Narra. The roof is made from Cedar and supposed to look like shingles. It has LED lighting. The doors are hung on SOS hinges to carry the weight of the glass etc. The size is 2 mts high x 1 mt wide.

The Japanese character, I will leave you guessing and see if someone posts the correct translation.

Thank you for looking at my latest project.

Hi George, that is a beautiful cabinet. I really like the overall design, the contrasting woods and the large pulls.
