Pretty simple, not much to share except:

  • Lexan beats the pants off acrylic/plexiglass as far as toolability goes. Large scrap pieces can be purchased on ebay for a fraction of retail
  • The thick hard maple fences rock my socks off and are still perfectly square after being dropped off a moving truck. Yeahhhhh.
  • When I upgraded my tablesaw (this is an old photo), I decided to install Incra Miter Sliders instead of cutting new hardwood runners. Best. Decision. Ever.

I have since added some toggle clamps, which I love

You are so right about lexan. I used it on my thein style dust separator. Was a good decision. I would love to see a pic of your sled since you finished it. You’ll enjoy it.
