This is a Bird Hide I built from oak for a guy in Kent, England. He’s a bird watcher and wanted a structure where he could watch birds from above as he overlooked a large wetland on his property. He spends hours in here every day.

Neat structure for the purpose. I enjoy watching the birds but don’t think I could spend hours doing it.

Nice work.

This is one of the things that I love about LJ, the variety of projects you get exposed to! Neat project!

You have quite a broad range of talents…from fine woodworking, to construction and design. Really a nice series so far, Rohy!

I like the look of the siding. If I was a kid I would make that my fort and shoot the birds. J/K I love birds!

That is really cool. If he is going to watch birds, shouldn’t there be a window? :-)
