Not sure what to call this 12 inch tall stacked drawer thing

Made this stacked drawer thing from various woods as you can see. Have not figured out what to call it. roughly 12 inches tall by 6 inches wide by 5 inches deep

Call it speechless. That’s what I was when I saw it. Or, fantastic. Or something even better than that: in music they might say “celebrated”. I am out of ideas, but I sure do love it.

I made something similar some time back. People would ask what it was for. Then I would say “you don’t know?”
They would answer ” I can’t imagine” so that became its name. Really nice piece. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice job on hiding your entry point, by using different wood for the drawer fronts you were also able to center them in the cavities as well, very nice bandsaw box.

Thank you, its not a band saw box. The middle was routed out. The woods were glued together before I routed it out

Frog mentioned the Letter D. Well, it’s sitting on a “hill”, so how about D Hill? :)
