Cherry Hall Table and matching Art Deco Piece

One of my first projects. The plans for this hall table were taken from a Popular Woodworking Magazine article where it was titled “Elegant Cherry Hall Table”. Solid cherry with walnut plugs in the screw holes. The legs are built up from 3/4” strips which eliminates the process of chopping mortises. I used the leftover cherry end cuts to make the matching Art Deco wall art which hangs over the table in the hall.

Nicely executed. I’ve seen that plan and it is a nice design.
